Pine Ridge Apartments accepts Idaho Housing and Pocatello Housing vouchers, and we're happy to help voucher holders navigate the application process. Here's what to expect.
Which Vouchers Do We Accept?
We accept vouchers through Idaho Housing and Pocatello Housing. If you're not sure which program you qualify for, your local housing authority caseworker can confirm your eligibility and voucher amount before you start touring apartments.
How the Process Typically Works
- Get your voucher and briefing packet from your housing authority caseworker
- Tour available units at Pine Ridge Apartments and pick the floor plan that fits your household size and voucher amount
- Submit your rental application along with your voucher paperwork to our office
- The unit typically needs to pass a housing authority inspection before move-in
- Once approved, the housing authority and Pine Ridge Apartments sign a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract covering the voucher-paid portion of your rent
Timelines vary by housing authority, so it's worth starting the process early and staying in touch with your caseworker along the way.
Fees Still Apply
Standard application fees and deposits apply to all applicants, voucher or not: a $45 application fee per adult, a $200 non-refundable turnover fee, and a $500 security deposit.
