Applying for an apartment goes faster when you know what to expect ahead of time. Here's a breakdown of the fees, deposits, and general paperwork to have ready when you apply at Pine Ridge Apartments.

Fees & Deposits

  • $45 application fee per adult applicant
  • $200 non-refundable turnover fee
  • $500 security deposit
  • $1,000 pet deposit if you're bringing a pet (2 pet limit; Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and German Shepherds are not permitted)

All unit types are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change — see our current availability for up-to-date numbers.

What to Have Ready

Apartment applications generally move faster when you bring:

  • A valid photo ID for every adult applicant
  • Proof of income (recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or benefit/voucher documentation)
  • Rental history or references from previous landlords, if available

Requirements can vary, so it's a good idea to call our office ahead of time to confirm exactly what to bring for your situation.

Using a Housing Voucher?

We accept Idaho Housing and Pocatello Housing vouchers — see our guide to applying with a housing voucher for the specific steps.
